Super 7 Cricket Championship

Event Rule

• Squad of 10 members should be given before the start of their 1st match, where 7 players
  would be playing and 3 players will be treated as substitutes.
• Change of players from 10 Members Squad is not at all entertained and the team would be
  disqualified from the Event if Caught doing the same.
• Match would be played for 8 Overs each Innings.
• Minimum of 5 Bowlers need to bowl and 3 bowlers can bowl Maximum of 2 Overs.
• There would be 3 Jackpot Balls for the batting side that can be chosen whenever they want
  in the innings.
•  Runs scored on the Jackpot ball would be doubled, Batsmen can only be Run out when it is
  a Jackpot Ball and apart from Runout Batsmen cannot be out in any means during a
  Jackpot Ball.
•  All other rules would remain the same on Jackpot ball, Jackpot ball continues on wide and No
  ball
• When the ball touch the nets, it is counted as a bounce and followed by a catch is treated as Not
  Out.
•  Only 1 Bouncer is allowed per over, 2nd Bouncer is treated as a No-Ball.
• Extras remain the same.
• Batsmen can run if it is a Leg Bye/ Bye.
• Runs will be counted on an overthrow including Boundaries.
• If the ball Comes out of the box or is struck inside the box, the batting team would be declared 1 run
  and a decision would be taken by the Umpire.
• Substitutes cannot bat or bowl during the innings.
•  No Super Sub.
• All the remaining rules of cricket remain the same.
• Boundaries (4’s & 6’s ) will be explained on the ground.
• All the players need to be in proper sports gear while playing the match.
• All the teams need to report at the venue 15min prior to the match, if failed organizers will
  be taking the final call.

Regulations:

• Players under Alcohol Influence are not allowed to play.
• Basic First Aid kit would be provided by the organizers on the Ground.
• 1 Hard Tennis ball is used for the entire match and the ball would be replaced by the Umpire if
  necessary.
• Umpire decision would be Final and Arguments with umpire are not accepted that may
  lead to the Disqualification of the Team.
• Any rules not specified; Organizers Decision would be final.

Point Table:

• Winners would be awarded with 2 points in the points table.
• In case of Tie in any match, super over will be played and in case of tie in super over highest
  number of boundaries would be calculated, in case number of boundaries remains same
  winner would be decided by toss.
• Top 4 from points table will be qualified for the knockout Phase i.e., Semi Finals.
• If points remain same in the points table, Teams would be qualified based on NRR.
• Scoring would be happening both online and manually.
