Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations are subject to the policy as set by the company. The cancellation policy includes Ground Booking and Pay & Play only which is specified in booking app.

Cancellations should be initiated by the users themselves on your Ground Booking or Pay & Play. The refund amount due will be initiated and informed to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back into the user’s bank account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 10 working days, post initiating the cancellation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION RULES:

1. No refund or cancellation is done for Coaching Registrations.
2. No refund or Cancellation is done if the student is not attending in classes after the registration is done.
3. For Ground Booking Refund or Cancellation should be initiated before 24 Hours of the allotted or requested time slot.
4. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the same is initiated before or at the time of allotted or requested time slot.
5. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the booking party did not turn up to play at the allotted to request time slot.
6. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the booking party uses the ground for lesser time frame from the allotted or requested time slot.
