Cancellations are subject to the policy as set by the company. The cancellation policy includes Ground Booking and Pay & Play only which is specified in booking app.
Cancellations should be initiated by the users themselves on your Ground Booking or Pay & Play. The refund amount due will be initiated and informed to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back into the user’s bank account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 10 working days, post initiating the cancellation.
